Banana cake:
1 thin chocolate sponge (21cms diameter). As soon as it cools
down we put it back into the tin. We make banana custard with 4dl of
milk, while it is still warm add 5 dkgs of butter to it and let it cool
down. Make 3 dl of whipped cream and
mix it into the cold custard. Spread it thinly on the cake, lay the
bananas on it cut in half then put the rest of the custard on top. Put
it in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut it around gently and take the cake tin
off. Warm up 1/2 dl cream add 100gr of chocolate to it, then take it off
the stove and mix it well together. Add 1 dl oil and pour it on top of
the cake. We can decorate it with snowflakes, hearts, suagr sprinkles
etc... Put it in the fridge till the chocolate takes shape, then we can
slice it
